Garlic-Lemon BOMB; makes 3 cups
Most folks are amazed at how easy it is to drink!
1 – 2 organic Lemons or 1 lemon & 1 lime
4 – 8 LARGE cloves Garlic
1 cup of water, plus more to add after pureeing
optional: 1 - 2 tablespoons of Olive or Flaxseed oil (this also smooths the flavor)
optional: some folks add a bit of honey when giving to children
*JUICE Lemons, Peel Garlic cloves & place both in blender with 1 cup of the water.
PUREE UNTIL SMOOTH
Pour into jar and add enough water to total 3 cups finished beverage.
This amount of water dilutes it enough to make it very drinkable but you don’t have so much that it is hard to finish all the garlic/lemon drink. I stick a straw in it and down it goes. DRINK WITHIN 20 MINUTES or it can increase in flavor from the garlic
When consuming this much raw garlic with FRESH Lemon juice I find I have very little,
if any stomach or intestinal discomfort.
When I drink this much fresh garlic in canned tomato juice my stomach & intestines get very unhappy....

Fresh Organic Garlic, peeled
Raw Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
Raw Honey
*This can be made as thick or thin as you like OR as sweet or tangy as you like.
Peel the garlic and puree it in a blender with the vinegar until smooth. Pour into a bowl and add Honey or more vinegar until you get the flavor you desire. Bottle, Label and store in the refrigerator.
Take it by the teaspoon, tablespoon or a shot glass.
It tastes wonderful and it's very handy to have available in times of need.
