Alive Food Classes The focus of these Food Classes is to share my “Alive” eating practices. This could mean vegetarian/not veggie, cultured, wild-crafted, raw, baked, dehydrated, juiced, raw pickled, fermented, vegan/not vegan, “Alive” beverages, sprouted, cooked, original, some spicy, some not! And woven through all of this is the use of herbal plants. The more I practice an “Alive” relationship with my food, the more exciting my meals become and the happier my body feels. Having an “Alive” kitchen does need your time & attention but it doesn’t consume all of iT..... with practice it fits right into your daily schedule. I do eat a low carb mostly dairy free diet because my body prefers it. This could be reflected in the food chosen for the Alive Food classes. The meals will mostly be vegetarian - if not all vegetarian.. But guaranteed to be an unequaled experience! Food, Chat & Sharing Doing the classes family style allows us ALL to sit together, help serve each other, chat & discuss the classes topic(s) while enjoying mouthwatering delights. The classes may be held indoors or outdoors, around a table, picnic-style or a bowl of food in hand. Informal with a touch of civilized finger licking! Registration & Class fee Classes are held either – Saturday Dinner OR Sunday Brunch Saturday evenings (5:30 - 8:00ish) & Sunday mornings (10:30 – 1:00ish) Limited Seating – 12 - 15 people.
