Chicory has properties similar to Dandelion that help cleanse & activate our digestive system. Marshmallow root brings it's demulcent (soothes) & emollient (softens & soothes) properties which can help with healing inside the digestive tract. Carob bark has a soft malty flavor that goes well with the depth of the Chicory flavor & the spark of Cinnamon.
