My thought was to make my drinking water “nutrient dense” especially if my only option was to drink hyper-filtered water. Minerals are added to filtered water to help it taste better.
With that in mind I created Nourish Me! Lemon tea with herbs that are known for having a high mineral content. Plus a person gets the added benefit of a great flavor either as a hot tea or as a summer iced beverage. This tea can be brewed alone or with added fruits.
