A friend who was unfamiliar with herbs was complaining about her allergy congestion so I had her try this simple blend as a tea & she loved the results. So from there I shared it with others and the rest is history. It’s simple & it works amazing well.
Mullein leaf is known to bring relief from congestion. It brings toning to the mucus membranes while reducing inflammation. It is a great expectorant.
I combined it with Sage leaf because it’s my favorite plant for creating a strong immune response.
