Elderberries are known for their help with colds & flu. They are also high in iron. Schisandra berries are one of my favorite nervine herbs for calming & supporting the nervous system. Rosehips bring there nutrient value. Hawthorne berries are known for there heart supporting properties & Hibiscus brings its digestive cooling properties to this tasty high nutrient dense tea.
This tea is excellent as a cold beverage when made 1/2 & 1/2, apple juice and water. Kids love it. Kids of all ages.
