I’m not a fruity flavored tea drinker but this tea is so full flavored and good for you that it leaves you looking at the bottom of your cup!
Elderberries are known for their help with colds & flu. They are also high in iron. Schisandra berries are one of my favorite nervines for calming & supporting the nervous system. Rosehips bring there nutrient value. Hawthorne berries are known for there heart supporting properties & Hibiscus brings its digestive cooling properties to this tasty high nutrient dense tea.
This tea is excellent as a cold beverage when made 1/2 & 1/2, apple juice and water. Kids love it. Kids of all ages.
