Welcome to the 3rd class in the 4 part Alive Beverage Series.
This class will be the making of natural “Alive” sodas. We’ll start with Pine needle & work our way to using flowers & herbs. The flowers can be dried or fresh but fresh is the best!
Spring blossoms are right around the corner & summer brings all the rest. The bubblies come from the fermentation process not by being carbonated which means that if allowed they will create alcohol after a few weeks.
Easy to make one quart recipes. One quart is easy to drink which then encourages a person to try making a new flavor!
Saturday, April 23rd ... 9:00 am tea time! Till about 12 or so.
Class Handout will be provided along with a wide array of samplings & as always a few munchies.
Cost: $20.00 per person or a $10.00 Deposit will hold your space
