This class will be the ride from intense heavy flavored Gut Shots that are like sauerkraut juice – salty & tangy to some lighter versions that can be high in electrolytes, enzymes or probiotics depending on the ingredients. These make refreshing cold beverages on a hot summer day. Then we'll start the introduction into the sweeter live bubbly type beverages. This will make the kids happy! We'll start the class with vegetables and end with a fresh Ginger root soda which can be drank as is or can be used as a starter for you next batch of live soda. Easy to make 1 quart recipes..
a Class Handout will be provided along with a wide array of samplings & as always a few munchies.
Cost: $20.00 per person or a $10.00 Deposit will hold your space
