The name says it all! Yes, Moving Dandy does just that, moves..... adds a loosening effect to the bowels while toning and aiding in digestion. A bitter sweet taste, so wonderful on the palate. I absolutely LOVE this flavor. How many favorites can a person have?
Cascara Sagrada, Yellow Dock & Dandelion all have a relaxing effect on the bowels but are not weakening to the intestinal muscles. If a person has a on-going constipation problem a change of diet would probably be a good thing......
