We’ll take a stroll through the yard and garden spaces to identify wild edible plants for leafy greens. Then we’ll harvest a variety of them for making a simple green drink & a smoothie, a Nettle Gut shot, Dandelion Chive Kimchi condiment (which has a 6 month shelve life) & a pesto. After our hard work we can enjoy sampling our creations with a Wild Green Flat bread & Dandelion flower wine. Bring a camera for plant photos.
