You are invited to join me and my other quests at a DINNER PARTY CLASS. And yes! I said I wasn’t going to do this again but we had so much fun at the fermentation classes that the idea of a Dinner Party-class based around Fermentation was born! It’s a unique experiment of combining food awareness-through our senses and food knowledge-through table-talk conversations.
This will be a full course Dinner based around the art of fermentation and that includes the beverages! From appetizers through dessert! You don’t have to be a cook to join us, just someone willing to expand the taste buds of their mind, body and tongue. Limited space of 12 - 14
