Organic Herbs: Ginger root, Licorice root, Wild Yam root & Fenugreek seeds
Wild-Lic of Ginger was created from my own selfish desires for a clean tasting anti-inflammatory digestive tea.
So this is where Licorice root and Wild Yam root got the creativity going - their known anti-inflammatories. I then added some Ginger for zest & the Fenugreek seed with its Maple-nutty sweetness made it a winner.
I personally adore the flavor of this tea but then again I love the flavor of plain Fenugreek seed tea. Which in and of itself is a wonderful digestive aid – helping to clear phlegm & regulate insulin in diabetes.
And thanks to my friend Sara who came up with the name!
